Application Process
– Anyone 18yrs or older that will be living in the home will have to complete an app. There is an app fee, per applicant, and it has to be paid before processing your app.
– Status of approval is normally 24 – 72hrs
– A deposit and first month rent is required before you move in. The deposit amount is the same as the rent (Ex: $900 Deposit + $900 Rent = $1800 Total move in). Within 48hrs after approval, you would at least need to put the full deposit down to hold the home. 1st month rent will also need to be paid before the day you move in.
