In the Mid 1960’s George Mitchell had begun purchasing land from the Grogan-Cochran Lumber Co. In 1974 a handful of pioneer families made their way to a parcel of land called Settler’s Corner in The Village of Grogan’s Mill.
Grogan’s Mill is in many ways the most mature village in The Woodlands. The housing has matured well and the schools provide a very good educational opportunity. The access to all shopping and school is very accommodating.
