HOUSTON (REAlert) – Goddard Investment is selling Heritage Plaza, a 53-story, 1.2 million-sf office property, to Brookfield Office Properties for $325 million.

This marks one of the biggest office trades in Houston’s history, according to Real Estate Alert.

The seller acquired the 45 percent leased property at 1111 Bagby St. in 2005 from Michigan Retirement for $121 million.

Goddard put the property on the market three years ago. Because of market conditions, the listing was later removed.
