Riverston announced it’s newest neighborhood, Avalon. This is a gated community in Sugar Land with more than 300 homesites. It is heavily wooded with 60, 70, and 80 foot homesites. There are three lakes, Alcorn Bayou and walking trails to enjoy. By the end of 2012 there will be homes ready to move into. Taylor Morrison is the only builder in Avalon.
