That might not be the exact phrase Shakespeare wrote, but it is the question of the day. As my new web site takes shape, the option is available to blog about my passion – real estate. The August article on titled, “Blogging recipe: 4 parts listening, 1 part writing” has inspired me to start my own blog. I am new at this and wonder how my old English 101 teacher would grade it. Yet, these are crucial and exciting times in real estate. We are seeing unprecedented government bail outs and daily market changes that fluctuate from panic to relief.

As a Realtor, I enjoy staying current on articles that pertain to my profession, especially the Houston housing market where I stake my specialty. I am posting articles on my web site that I feel will be beneficial to my readers and especially my clients. I want my entire web site to be a tool kit for consumers wishing to purchase or sell properties. Unfortunately, I do feel the need for a disclaimer as I begin. I do not in any way give legal advice or council. There is an entire profession of real estate attorneys that get paid for that. I am also in no way a market analyst or economist. Though I have a bachelors degree in consumer economics from the University of Georgia, my intent is in no way to help you make a decision on whether to buy or sell a piece of real estate or whether to invest or not invest in real estate.

I am a Realtor (should be in all caps but I just think that looks like I’m yelling!) I have a duty to provide guidance, advice, and counseling to my clients on the process of buying and selling properties after they have made the decision to do so. I have informed opinions, but ultimately I don’t have to live in the house you buy. You have to make sure it suits your families needs. I am here to help you do that. I give opinions, advice, but it’s your money and your investment for your future. Therefore, I feel it is necessary I give you as much information as possible so you can make the best decision to suit your needs and those of your loved ones.

Use my web site as a resource, a guide, a tool. I am a professional with a code of ethics to follow and a fiduciary duty to my clients to provide you with outstanding service so that you can effortlessly meet your real estate goals. For some, that will look like a lease. For others, it will be finding their dream home.

Whether you are buying your first home, selling an empty lot, investing in a rental property, or relocating, I am here to meet all of your real estate needs. Through my web site, I am able to work for you twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. That’s not to say I won’t find plenty of time for my family, but I be available to meet all of your real estate needs. I am trained to bring buyers and sellers to a closing transaction, so why try to wade through selling it yourself?

As a proud Coldwell Banker, United Realtor my listings have access to eyes all over the globe. Why waste months with time on the market when I can get your house sold for you. I am here to help you with all of your real estate needs. I will meet you where ever you stand in this bear market. I represent both buys and sellers.
