HOUSTON (Houston Chronicle) – National home builder Toll Brothers is planning its first area master-planned community.
The Pennsylvania-based builder purchased 692 acres east of I-45 in Montgomery County. The development will contain 1,350 single-family homes when it’s completed.
Development is expected to begin in 2014.
