DALLAS (Dallas Morning News) – Ebby Halliday Realtors has placed tenth in the annual Real Trends 500 list of top U.S. residential sales firms, the company’s first time to make the list.
The Dallas-based firm’s president, Mary Frances Burleson, said the average sales price for the company went up 5 percent, while its sales volume went down about 6 percent.
Coldwell Banker United of Bryan also made the top ten.
The rankings, released last week, were based on 2008 business.
