HOUSTON (Houston Business Journal) – Alliance Residential Co. is building a multifamily community north of Exxon Mobil Corp.’s campus.
The Arizona-based company broke ground on Broadstone at Sierra Pines earlier this month and plans to complete it in March 2015.
Standing three stories, the 341-unit complex at 1615 Sawdust Rd. will have an average unit size of 827 sf and average monthly rent of $1,306.
Tentative plans are in place to extend Sawdust Rd. directly to the Exxon Mobil campus.
Alliance will serve as general contractor. The lead designer is Houston-based Steinberg Design Collaborative LLP.
