KINGWOOD (GlobeSt.com) – Jefco Development Corp and Crestwood Realty Group are readying to launch construction on a $100 million mixed-use development in this 10,000-acre master-planned community.
The 600,000-sf Kingwood Parc City Center will be at SH 59 and Kingwood Dr.
Transwestern is doing the retail leasing of the property, which will consist of approximately 244,000 sf. Office space will total less than 200,000 sf.
