DALLAS (Dallas Morning News) – North Texas commercial foreclosure filings are up 13 percent from where they
were a year ago.
In the first six months of 2011, lenders in the Dallas-Fort Worth area have
posted 1,881 buildings going into the foreclosure process according to
Foreclosure Listing Service.
Commercial foreclosures in the Metroplex are expected to remain high through
2012.
