THE WOODLANDS (Houston Chronicle) – Bridgewood Property Co. has broken ground on The Village at The Woodlands Waterway, a new senior citizen community.
The eight-story property at 2323 Lake Robbins Dr. will span 240,000 sf. The planned 207 rental units will consist of 63 assisted living units, 28 memory-care units and 116 independent living units.
Opening is planned for spring 2011.
Bridgewood is developing the project in a joint venture with Harrison Real Estate Capital.
The project was designed by Ambrose, House Architects and Munoz + Albin Architects. Construction Supervisors is handling construction.
