Cochran’s Crossing in The Woodlands was opened in 1983 and is located in the center of The Woodlands. Cochran’s Crossing Village is named after the Cochran family, which once co-owned the Grogan-Cochran Lumber Company, and is home to the renowned Palmer Course and The Woodlands Country Club.

There are over 16,000 people and 5,000+ homes in Cochran’s Crossing, comprising roughly 18% of the entire population of The Woodlands.
