Cochran’s Crossing The Woodlands

Cochran’s Crossing was built out in 2008, it has a large amount of homes. There small square footage homes to large square footage home. The Cochran’s Crossing community is located in the middle part of The Woodlands. Starting near Kuykendahl Rd and Woodlands Pkwy heading North to Research Forest.

Mark it on your calendars, if figures to be the best yet, offering new attractions and entertainment promised to please all age groups. Cochran’s Crossing in The Woodlands was opened in 1983 and is located in the center of The Woodlands. Cochran’s Crossing Village is named after the Cochran family, which once co-owned the Grogan-Cochran Lumber Company, and is home to the renowned Palmer Course and The Woodlands Country Club.

There are over 16,000 people and 5,000+ homes in Cochran’s Crossing, comprising roughly 18% of the entire population of The Woodlands. The schools that serve this village are: Galatas Elementary, David Elementary, and Powell Elementary (all K-4 grades), Collins Intermediate School (5th & 6th grades), the Ninth Grade Campus, and The Woodlands High School (10th – 12th).

Who Maintains Cochrans Crossing in The Woodlands, Texas?

The Woodlands operating company takes care of all of The Woodlands. Grogans Mill, Grogans Point, Grogans Forest, Alden Bridge, Cochrans Crossing, Panthers Creek, and all the villages common areas located in this self-contained community.
They have done a wonderful job keeping all the trees and landscape alive during this historic drought of 2011. I see them work many hours watering all the common area, and keeping the landscape well maintained. This year has been a real challenge for most communities. The Woodlands Operating Company has been up for the challenge. All the parks and common areas are pristine. You would never know there was a drought in the area. It is very nice to see your tax dollars at work.
The Woodlands is a beautiful place to live, and it’s nice to see the community and all its residence take pride in where they live.
I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work in keeping this community one of the best places to live in Texas.
